CANCELLATION POLICY
### CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY We understand that plans can change. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask for at least **24 hours’ notice** for any cancellation or rescheduling. **Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice:** A fee of **50% of the scheduled service** may be charged to the card on file. **Same-day cancellations:** A fee of **100% of the scheduled service** may be charged. **No-shows:** Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged **100% of the scheduled service** and may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments. **Late arrivals:** We offer a **10-minute grace period**. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or canceled, depending on the service and our schedule. If the appointment must be canceled due to a late arrival, the applicable cancellation fee may apply. We understand that emergencies happen and will always consider them on a case-by-case basis.
